PADI Advanced Open Water Course, Candidasa
The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course serves as an excellent progression for divers looking to enhance their scuba diving skills and confidence. This course provided at Salty Finns Diving Bali builds upon the foundations established in the Open Water Course and over the span of two days, you will participate in five adventure dives. To achieve your PADI Advanced Diver certification, you must complete a required deep dive to a depth of 30 meters, a navigation dive, and select three additional adventure dives of your choice.
This course includes
Knowledge development
You will get an introduction and explanation of the adventure dives and theory behind them. This will depend on which Adventure Dives you choose.
Open water
You will get five adventure dives in the beautiful seas close to Candidasa. The mandatory deep dive and navigation dive are two of these. The other three dives are chosen by you based on your interests and abilities.
Study material
All study materials for the course will be provided to you. It is also possible, and highly recommended to study before your holiday using online the e-Learning manual.
Lunch and refreshments
Refreshments and lunches will be provided between and after the dives for the two days of the course
Equipment and fees
Diving equipment and certification fees are provided in the course cost.
PADI certification
If you are successful in completing the mandatory requirements you will receive a lifelong PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Certification, which you can use anywhere in the world.
Advanced Open Water Diver Course
The advanced course at Salty Finns Diving Bali is a two day course where the theory can be completed beforehand online through e-Learning. Every day begins and ends at the dive centre.

Day 1: Course Introduction, theory review and two or three dives around Candidasa.

Day 2: Knowledge development and two or three dives around Candidasa.
*The planning can be flexible and it is possible to discuss and plan what better suits your needs.
Diving requirements
You must hold an Open Water Diver certification (PADI, SSI/NAUI or an other equivalent).
The minimum age is 12 years old; please note that participants aged 12-14 years will receive a Junior Advanced Licence.
Be in good Health.
