Terms and Conditions

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between you (whether as an individual or on behalf of a group, referred to as “you” or “the guest”) and SaltyFinns Diving Bali [PT Salty Adventures Bali] (referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or “the owner”). This agreement covers your use of our website [www.saltyfinnsdivingbali.com] and any related services, including mobile applications, social media and communication platforms like, but not limited to, WhatsApp, Email, Kakao Talk, and Instagram DM collectively known as the “site”.

 

By using anything mentioned above, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

Reservation Policy

  1. Your reservation will be confirmed when you deposit 30% of the total amount. Please find banking    details below.

  2. Full payment is required 72 hours before the start of your trip.

  3. Reservation will only be confirmed when we have received a 30% deposit. This deposit is transferable        (used within a year of your deposit), but non-refundable.

  4. You should carefully check the details of your confirmation as soon as you receive it. You must contact us immediately if any of the details are incorrect or incomplete.

  5. Any extra fees associated with bank transfers will be added to the overall amount. These charges will be the responsibility of the Guests or Agents.

Refund Policy

  1. In case of refunds, 70% refunds will be possible (except non refundable deposit) up to 2 weeks prior to the diving start date. (However, during the high season of May-November, Korean Chuseok holiday and Lunar New Year holiday, up to 4 weeks prior to the diving start date.)

  2.  If the customer simply changes their mind or due to personal reasons cancels diving, refunds  are not possible within the mentioned time frames above.

  3.  Please note that the customer or agency is liable for paying the bank fees that result from the refund


Unforeseen Circumstances

  1. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other significant events that may compromise your safety, we may need to cancel scheduled activities. Consequently, this could lead to modifications in the itinerary and the number of dives available for the day, with no refunds provided under these circumstances.*(check insurance)

 

Revisions to reservation

  1. If guests need to reschedule, they must provide at least 48 hours notice; otherwise, due to the logistics and preparations already in place it may not be possible. Please note that additional charges may apply, and due to capacity limits we may still not be able to fulfil requests.

 

Loss or Damage

  1. It is the guest's responsibility to return the equipment in the same condition it was loaned out. Additionally, the guest agrees to cover the costs associated with any loss or damage to the equipment assigned to them. 

 

No Show

  1. Arriving late or failing to show up at the agreed-upon location for the activity will be counted as a last-minute cancellation, resulting in the full payment due and no refund option.

 

Insurance

  1. The listed price does not cover diving insurance; therefore, we strongly suggest obtaining diving insurance at least one day prior to your diving start date for your safety.

  2. *Salty Finns Diving Bali firmly advises all guests to secure suitable travel, trip cancellation,  property, and medical insurance.

 

Disclaimer

  1. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall SaltyFinns Diving Bali be required to make any payments, issue refunds, or provide compensation exceeding the total amount paid for your booking.

  2. Disclaimer of Liability: SaltyFinns Diving Bali shall not be held accountable for any injuries, fatalities, illnesses, losses, damages, additional expenses, or inconveniences that may occur, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of engaging in diving activities, utilizing diving equipment, or as a consequence of adverse weather conditions.

  3. Right to Amend or Cancel: SaltyFinns Diving Bali and its diving instructors reserve the right to alter the designated dive site or to cancel the diving activity either prior to the commencement of the dive or while the group is already underwater, should they deem the site unsafe for such activities due to inclement weather or unsatisfactory sea conditions. Such decisions may be made without prior notification, and no refunds will be granted in these circumstances.

 

Limitation of Liability for Guest Property

  1. Salty Finns Diving Bali is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any personal property of guests while on the premises or within any properties managed by Salty Finns Diving Bali. This includes, but is not limited to, personal belongings, vehicles, or any other possessions.
